This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Your personal art is very good. ^^ If I were you I wouldn't worry too much about having offended some people. Next time you want to post something that you copied, just provide some copyright information.
Putting it in the Fan Art section was a good move, but the degree of copying goes a little beyond fandom, so copyright info would most likely be the best way to avoid future incidents.
Otherwise, don't let this discourage you. Your own art has a good style and is appealing. Definitely post more of it.
*holds ups hands* OK, I realized that I am indeed in the wrong. Obviously adding my drawings, or tracings in the Fan Art area wasn't enough. Did I jump the gun, sure. The reason I jumped it however is that I've had people tell me I traced for years and so it doesn't take much to get me angry on that point.
However, I do admit that I should have put more kudos to those original artists who came up with the art.Little did I realize that I was doing a big "no-no" by deviant standards.
So, to those I've offended, I apologize. As an added bonus, I'm taking the offensive things down to prevent further fights. I'm rather reluctant to post anything further since my reputation as an artist is now heavily tarnished.
As for the differences in line art, these were done at least two years ago. I was experimenting with line styles and not particularly sure of myself.
Again, I apologize profusely to the toes I stomped on.
This person is not claiming the "fan art" as their own. It's loaded in the category "Fan Art". When it's loaded in "FAN ART", it means simply that, "FAN ART". Links to the accounts which the art was inspired from could help but that is to each user's choice.

Lets try this again since my first comment was mysteriously erased. Be honorable about the work. Give credit to the people that actually drew it first instead of claiming it as your own. Especially when the source of the supposed inspiration and imagination came from someone else's mind and not your own.
Crap, that's what I was going to do. I'm not saying the art isn't great. Because it is, but don't claim it as your own when it's not. Especially when it's on the cover of a book seen by thousands of people. Add a disclaimer to it first. Though even a disclaimer isn't enough for tracing. Everything is the same almost exactly in each picture.
You left out the unicorn in the Gia Sage draft. Then in the second you didn't put the whole second arm or the cockroaches. They are however not as you claimed. They are not thought up by your very own imagination. Their copies of someone else's work. At least be honorable enough to give them the credit they deserve.
I recognize the White Wolf illustrations as well. I remember the Child of Gaia one in specific from one of my sourcebooks.
If it wasn't traced then they still aren't your original art, and should probably have some kind of copyright info added in their description.
No comment on the other art, because I haven't specifically seen the originals elsewhere, but if they are also traced or copied, you might want to add a similar 'my interpretation of such and such's Star Wars / White Wolf drawing, etc.' boilerplate.
I'm pretty sure it's against Deviantart's TOS to claim other people's art as your own original work.
